At Wheely Shoes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including tags, accessories, and shoe box).

• Only full-priced items are eligible. Discounted, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable.

📦 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at wheelyshoes@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 88264 67879 with:

   • Your Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Clear pictures of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

2. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  

💸 Refund or Exchange

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose between:

  • Exchange (for a different size or product
    

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products

• Custom-sized or limited-edition items

• Orders returned after the 7-day window
